Winery Glycol Chiller

System designed to maintain constant 28F glycol temperature using a 30HP R404-A high quality Bitzer compressor. This unit was an able to fit in the same location of the previous 15HP unit.

Unit Features:

· Spiral Drum Heat Exchanger– Supplied standard with the proven Spiral Drum Heat Exchanger. Combining the highest efficiency with unmatched durability. The Spiral Drum Evaporator is supplied with a 5 year replacement warranty.

· Horizon Circuited Condenser– supplied standard with Horizon Circuited Condensers. The Finned Receiver and Sub-cooling Circuits deliver one of the most efficient condensers available.

· Stainless Steel Glycol Pumps– System supplied standard with an internal Chiller Evaporator Pump and a Dedicated Glycol Process Pump.

· 250 gallon insulated glycol tank.
